2008 Outlook: It is amazing how waiting 1 day to
write this can make such a difference. Yesterday at this
time the Jets were looking forward to another year with
Pennington at QB. Now they have one of the greatest QBs
of all time on their way.
Will Brett Favre take the Jets to the Super Bowl this year?
Probably not. But his addition to the team definetly makes
the relevant again.
It wouldn't suprise me at all if Favre had one of his greatest
seasons ever just to give the Packers a big FU but I am
not sure that alone will be enough. But the Jets are on
the map now and will be one of the most talked about teams
in the league.
Projection: 9-7 Too bad they have to play the Patriots
twice.
